Torre Delle Stelle continues to stand out as one of Southern Sardinia’s most vibrant and representative destinations. Recently, our village was featured in an episode of the popular TV program Oggi al Mercato on Videolina, which chose Aquarium Sardinia as the filming location for a special recipe created by chef Emanuele Enna.
The episode, aired on October 13, highlighted a dish that reflects the local culture and sustainability: stuffed sea bream with a crispy fried zucchini flower. Many of the ingredients came directly from Aquarium’s garden, following seasonal rhythms and celebrating zero-kilometer excellence.
