Torre Delle Stelle Magazine: A New Chapter in Rebranding, Community, and Territorial Marketing

On July 10th, 2025, at The Net Value in Cagliari, the presentation of the Torre Delle Stelle Magazine and the website torredellestelle.com marked a significant step for the village in South Sardinia.
This was not just an event but a clear example of how a territorial marketing project can transform Torre Delle Stelle from a seasonal spot into a recognizable, authentic, and sustainable destination, creating opportunities for local businesses and strengthening the community.
The evening was opened and moderated by Matteo Angioni, leading discussions on tourism, sustainable growth, and strategic vision for the village.

Marzia Cilloccu, Vice President of the Cagliari City Council and a member of the Tourism Department of the Sardinia Region, shared insights on tourism trends in South Sardinia and the Cagliari metropolitan area, emphasizing seasonal extension and authentic experiences to attract conscious tourism.

Nathalie and David De Clercq, founders of Torre Delle Stelle Venture (TDSV), shared their family’s connection with Edith Pilgrims De Bigard, founder of the village who built its first house and infrastructure.
They presented TDSV’s three pillars:

• Aquarium Group (restaurant, Farra pizzeria, Mosaico restaurant, catering, garden)
• Torre Delle Stelle Real Estate (villa rentals and management, including Villa La Belle Etoile),
• Torre Delle Stelle Project (territory enhancement and community building).

They highlighted how the magazine and website now act as tools that connect businesses and the community, building shared language and opportunities.

Theodore Vallifuoco, TDSV’s marketing coordinator and editorial manager, explained how the magazine, torredellestelle.com, and MyTorre social channels are integrated tools within a rebranding strategy for the village, designed to enhance Torre Delle Stelle while supporting local businesses.

The torredellestelle.com website serves as a digital extension of the magazine, with intuitive navigation, structured content, and a blog sharing stories and updates, integrated with initiatives like We Care Torre Delle Stelle and outdoor cinema events.

Alberto Serreli, TDSV’s graphic designer, described how choices of colors, fonts, layouts, and images were made to convey trust, elegance, accessibility, and belonging.
These elements form the visual consistency across the magazine, website, social media, and printed materials, with the site serving as a recognizable digital extension of the magazine, adapted for online experiences.

The presentation demonstrated how a structured project can change the perception of a territory, extend the tourist season, and generate opportunities for local businesses while strengthening community ties.
The evening ended with an aperitif offered by Aquarium Sardinia, fostering networking among stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and residents.
